This Position will be supporting an expanding international organisation. For over 19 years Ozgene has been a leading company in biotechnology and medical research. Our vision is to advance humanity by inspiring curiosity.

We are seeking two (2) part time team members, who have either recently graduated or still studying a commerce or business degree majoring in finance and/or accounting. Data entry skills, excellent written and spoken communication are a must for this role.

The position will be suited for an individual who works well in a team but is also able to work independently and able to support internal and external clients across multiple time zones.

Within our global Strategic Partnering and Finance teams you will be accountable for the following duties:

  • Accounts payable/receivables
  • Processing of sales invoices
  • Purchasing
  • Liaising with internal members and external clients/suppliers
  • Supporting the Strategic Partnering team in a number of administrative functions

This is a great opportunity for someone new to the workforce looking to gain practical skills in global accounting and strategic partnering. The successful candidate may see the role expand into a fulltime position with a wider variety of financial practices, as well as the opportunity to travel internationally and work from home (or the beach).
