We are looking for a reliable Company Administrator to aid in the day to day running of our Cayman Islands operation, Analytico SEZC. A successful candidate would undertake organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently and allowing them to spend maximum amount of time on strategic tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact - dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Supporting company bookkeeping
  • Making payments to suppliers
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing documents and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Liaising with and supporting staff

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
  • Ability to work effectively with online communication tools, particularly with staff who work remotely
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Requirements

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies or BSc/BA in a relevant field
