Part Time Administrative Assistant – Eightpoint Technologies Ltd. SEZC

Position Overview:

Eightpoint Technologies Ltd. SEZC is seeking a self-driven, talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to work independently and complete office duties to ensure our Grand Cayman office runs smooth and efficiently on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week).

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing daily administrative tasks/office duties, providing excellent customer service, and “helping out” where necessary. Additional responsibilities include:

• Planning company-wide events and happy-hours

• Coordinating with all vendors for activities, office supplies and meetings

• Ensuring that the office is presentable and tidy on a day to day basis

• Preparing the office for any guests that are scheduled to arrive

• Assisting with any administrative tasks or office duties that arise

• Ordering lunches; as well as any other food or drinks for the office

• Running any necessary errands, ordering/picking up supplies for the office

• Strong initiative and ability to work well within a fast-paced matrix organization often under tight deadlines
