Applications are invited by the Cayman Islands office of the Maples Group for the position of
Project Management – Office Administrator
who will be under the supervision of the Program Lead plus the IT management team as required.
As the PMO Administrator, he/she will be required to form good, supportive working relationships with project managers, business analysts and product owners across the business. The PMO Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely running of the various update and status meetings required by Maples to include project prioritisation boards, group IT steering updates, and reporting for senior managers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for booking meetings, calendar management for Program Lead and IT management team, and general administration.
The successful candidate will either have 2 or more years’ experience working in a PMO/project management environment, or 3+ years’ of experience at a senior administration level. This post requires attention to detail, professionalism, excellent oral and written communications skills and good organizational skills.
The successful candidate must be able to use his/her own initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
